Service Level of Tracto AI Compute Service
This document defines Service Level of Tracto AI Compute Service ("Service") and is an integral part of TractoAI Service Agreement ("Agreement") and SLA available at: https://docs.tracto.ai/legal/service_level_agreement. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.
Service Level
The Service Level is 97%.
Compensation Schedule

Important Notes

Nebius is responsible for the service unavailability detection using monitoring tools and timely solving of the issues found.

The SLA is applicable only for TractoAI Compute Services reserved as Committed Volume of Service in a separate Order Form. Any ad-hoc on-demand or non-committed usage of the Service will not be covered under this SLA, and no compensation will be provided for any unavailability or performance issues arising from such usage.

The Service Level doesn't apply if the Service is unavailable due to its overloading (inefficient or incorrect insertion, processing, or retrieval of data) by Customer or anyone on its behalf, or invocation of undocumented or experimental features.
