Service Level of Tracto AI Storage Service
This document defines Service Level of Tracto AI Storage Service ("Service") and is an integral part of TractoAI Service Agreement ("Agreement") and SLA available at: https://docs.tracto.ai/legal/service_level_agreement. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.
Service Level
The Service Level is 97%.

Important Notes

Service Unavailability means the inability of the Customer to write new data to the Service or read previously uploaded data, as measured at the Service interface level.

Nebius is responsible for the service unavailability detection using monitoring tools and timely solving of the issues found.
